Overview
The Player One Mars-M is an uncooled mono astronomy camera built around Sony’s IMX290 sensor, for the planets, the Moon and guiding. Player One has discontinued it.
It runs at 136 frames per second at full resolution, with 2.9 µm pixels and read noise down to about 1 e⁻.
For a current camera with the same pixel size, see the Mars-M II or the Mars 662M.
