Overview
This adapter fits a Canon EF camera lens to a ToupTek ATR cooled camera. It is 26.5 mm long. Added to the camera’s 17.5 mm back focus, that puts the sensor 44 mm behind the lens mount, the distance Canon EF lenses are made to focus at.
A fast camera lens on a cooled camera makes a wide-field rig for large nebulae, star fields and the Milky Way. It is a plain connector with no filter holder, so it goes straight on the camera and can’t be used with a filter wheel in between.
For ToupTek SkyEye cameras, choose the M54 version.
