When we dispatch

  • In stock: dispatched the next working day. Bahtinov masks, Tri-Bahtinov masks and star spike generators are made by us and kept in stock.
  • Usually in stock: most cameras, telescopes and accessories. If an item isn’t on the shelf when you order, we’ll email you within one working day with a confirmed delivery date, usually within 10 days. If that doesn’t suit you, you can cancel for a full refund.
  • End of line: the manufacturer has stopped making it. Contact us before ordering and we’ll check we can still get one.

Not sure? Check stock before ordering and we’ll tell you the date before you buy.

We’ll email you when your order is on its way, with tracking.

Outside the UK

We send orders tracked to Europe for £25 and to the rest of the world for £50. Import duty, local taxes and any handling fee charged by your country are paid by you when the parcel arrives, and aren’t included in our prices. If you’d like an idea of the delivery time to your country, or you’re ordering something large, ask us before you order.

If something arrives damaged or goes missing

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, keep the packaging and email us photos at info@proastronomy.co.uk as soon as you can. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, tell us and we’ll take it up with the carrier. Either way, we’ll put it right.
